Mick Fanning isn’t a fan of being attacked by sharks (who is?). It turns out he – especially his mother – isn’t a fan of worldwide chicken chains (KFC, specifically in South Africa) poking fun at him being attacked by a shark to sell the biggest chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen. See for yourself:

I’m sure Fanning thought the shark attack was behind him after getting back onto the water after a few months of not competing, until the “Jacked Up Double Crunch” needed people to eat it, that is.
This didn’t go over well with Fanning, whose mother took particular offense, telling Fairfax Media she believed the ad disrespected shark attack victims and they are planning legal action.
Maybe the Colonel should stick to making the Double Down Dog.
