Spectators may have seen this wave coming, but who knew it’d be this powerful?
A group of people can be seen as they watch a wave off in the distance at Meranti Bay, Indonesia. It looks like a small enough wave at first, but it doesn’t slow down even once it breaks.
The wave just keeps coming, rushing into and over the road everyone was watching from as the ocean covers the street and continues to pour in.
Luckily for the two on the motorcycle, they managed to speed off just in time while everyone else was left to hold on until the ocean recedes.
