VIDEO: Unattached Hang Glider Holds On For Dear Life At 4,000 Feet

A Florida man found a way to make hang gliding even more extreme during a recent trip to Switzerland. Granted, it was completely by accident and we’re pretty sure he’ll never let his feet leave the ground again.

Before taking off, the pilot of the glider is strapped into the glider but he forgot one important detail — to make sure his passenger was attached.

What follows is 2 minutes of a video that gives white-knuckle a whole new meaning as the man does everything he can to not plummet to the ground.

“For 2 minutes, 14 seconds I had to hang on for my life!” said the man.

We’re guessing a colorful conversation followed immediately after they safely landed.
