VIDEO: It Turns Out Honeybees Don’t Always Die After They Sting

Popular opinion is that bees always die after they have stung something.

But stinging people is always a death sentence, right? Not exactly.

Most of the time bees are able to free themselves and live to sting another day after stinging a person. All they need is time to free themselves. That’s not necessarily how it works out since people are always quick to swat them away, causing the stinger to break off and be left behind.
