Lindsay Jinnette and her family didn’t let flooding from Hurricane Matthew put a stop to their enjoyment of life and the outdoors when water filled the streets of Windsor, North Carolina. Instead of letting the depressing situation take its toll on them and ruining their mood, they decided to go fishing off their porch, thanks to their new riverfront property.
Lindsay filmed the video, which shows her husband catching a catfish as their ecstatic son witnesses the entire thing.
“This craziness gave us something to laugh about in this very bad time. Hope it will do the same for others!,” Jennette said.
