We’ll go out on a limb here and say that this bison is probably trying to tear this fence apart rather than fix it like the lady recording seems to think.
Whether it was the bison that originally damaged the fence or not, it won’t be too much longer before he realizes he can tear through it and be on his way to freedom. Either that or he is trying to fix it and HGTV and Animal Planet are about to get into a heated negotiation for who gets the rights to the bison that fixes fences.
