There are wild hog problems and then there are wild hog problems of epic proportions like this. It looks like they could use some help in the form of a massive hunting party – with automatic weapons or helicopters preferably. Hog populations can explode if not continuously kept in check. A significant chunk of their population needs to be killed just to be kept in check.
