If there’s one thing we learned in 2016, it’s that elk love crossing roads and blocking traffic.
This particular road crossing herd takes elk herds to a whole to level of epic proportions, as well over 100 of them jump a fence as a vehicle waits in the distance. The elk do it with such precision it’s hard not to imagine they’ve been practicing this for a while…except for the lone straggler at the end. Abandoned by his herd, it paces around and gets stuck several times before finally making the jump and rejoining the herd.
