Kayaking is incredibly fun and can be a great way to enjoy a day on the water with a fishing pole. The only downside to kayaking is that you’re the smallest guy on the water and you can’t move that fast. Those can quickly become dangerous factors when you add in a negligent boater who’s flying around narrow bends and not thinking about what could be in their way.
This kayaker is lucky he didn’t get hurt or killed after a boat full of people came only a few feet from flattening him. By missing him, their boat shot up a nearby bank they couldn’t avoid. An incident like this could have easily ended with one or more people dead or seriously injured. Luckily for everyone involved it just ended up with a stuck boat and a really ticked off kayaker.
