There’s a saying about making lemonade when life gives you lemons that people use when situations are less than ideal. It looks like this couple took inspiration from turning a negative into a positive when flooding from Hurricane Hermine hit this neighborhood at St. Pete Beach. What’d they do? They tied a couple of ropes to the back of a vehicle and got towed on surf boards. What better way to liven up the dreariness as residents deal with flood damage?
