Guys Find 16-Foot Frozen Snake in River

Sam Lincoln and his friend discovered something unexpected while fishing the Chagrin River. No, they didn’t catch a keeper fish like they had hoped, they brought in a 16-foot frozen constrictor.

“When you’re trying to swing up some holiday steel and you don’t catch any fish but you catch a 16 foot constrictor instead,” Lincoln said.

It’s rare to find a snake in such extreme conditions. Snakes prefer warm weather because freezing conditions can be lethal to them. It’s highly likely that this snake ended up in the river after being released from a former owner after it got too big.
