It looks like man’s best friend is also dolphin’s biggest fan. Sandy (the dog) was out on a boat for the second time in her life when she and Joe Noonan spotted some dolphins. It was her first encounter with the beloved sea mammal and she didn’t waste any time jumping in to play.
