Florida is no stranger to being plagued by non-native animals, just look at our Burmese python problem in the Everglades. But when those animals start killing family pets, outrage is sure to follow.
Crocodiles have become an issue in Sout Florida. So much of an issue in fact, that they’re threatening the safety of people’s pets. This particular incident with a croc ended with it slowly swimming through a canal with a dead dog locked in its jaws.
This just shows how important it is to be aware of what your dog is doing so it can be kept safe.
