While visiting a scenic part on the Great Wall, a man fell over the edge at the Jiankou section while attempting to climb down a ladder. The section he fell from is not fully developed. While climbing down, his backpack got caught, resulting in him losing his balance and toppling over and onto the ground. Luckily he survived and escaped with minor injuries to his leg and waist.
