‘American Sniper’, the movie about the life of Chris Kyle, is setting box office records, and has now been nominated for 6 Oscars. It turns out his wife, Taya Kyle, is a pretty good shot as well. She was filmed recently on a pronghorn hunt in Wyoming. Weatherby and Leupold hosted this hunt, and Taya took her late husband’s place on the trip.
“His life, his hunting — that was him from the time he was a little boy,” Taya says on the YouTube video. “That was him being out in nature. That was him finding his peace. That was him providing meat for the family. It was his moment to get out of the stress. It was a really big thing in his life.”
