Hiding underground to avoid a leopard doesn’t always work out the best for warthogs.

In this case, the unfortunate warthog never stood a chance of getting away once it emerged from its hole in the ground. It came out to a leopard patiently waiting, just a few feet above for the perfect chance to strike. With an injured leg, the warthog attempts to run off but only makes it about 30 feet before the leopard has it in its jaws.
