Who needs a frozen lake when a street can be even better for ice skating?
Residents of a Canadian neighborhood took full advantage of the perfect conditions that hit their streets and left them covered in a thick layer of smooth ice.
“Because of weather conditions, when the road was plowed, a thick layer of snow and ice was left,” said one of the Prince George, British Columbia residents. “There was a warm day and the top layer melted. The temperature froze again and the road was smooth ice. It was perfect skating conditions!”
