Snow buildup on a roof can cause some serious issues if it’s not taken care of and removed. Thousands of pounds of ice weighing down on a building isn’t exactly always a quick cleanup either. At least, that’s true in most cases.
When a massive amount of snow buildup was on this roof in Japan, it looked like getting it off would’ve taken some serious time and effort. But this guy only needed a single strike from a skinny stick to knock the bulk of it off.
The snow comes crashing down so fast and in such a large amount, we thought the man was about to be crushed under the weight of the falling mass of snow. Apparently, he did too, because he ran off as soon as it started to fall and hit the ground.
