Residents of Ferryland, Newfoundland – all 500 of them – got a massive surprise when an iceberg appeared off the coast of the town this past weekend. The iceberg is absolutely massive and has drawn droves of visitors to the area.
It’s certainly not the first iceberg to float by the town – which is right by “iceberg alley” – but it’s definitely the most impressive.
“It’s the biggest one I ever seen around here,” Ferryland Mayor Adrian Kavanagh said.
