It’s that time of year again. The time of year when cold weather fades and plant life reemerges where it had once all but died out. With that new life comes the potential  to feast on wild food sources, specifically the fungal variety. That’s right, we’re talking abut mushrooms, morels to be specific. Even though they can be delicious, that doesn’t mean they’re all safe for consumption. Here’s what you should look for and what you should avoid when hunting for wild mushrooms.
