A playful young seal shows they aren’t called pups for no reason.
After spotting scuba diver Dan Patterson, the playful pup swam up to him in an overly excited manner. If you didn’t know any better you’d think this seal was a dog that could breathe underwater.
Interactions like these aren’t uncommon at Farne Islands. The area is actually well known for being a place to go for some great encounters with grey seals.
