See Rampaging Seal Take Over Neighborhood, Doesn’t Care Who’s Car it Sits On

A particularly lively seal stumbled its way into a neighborhood in Tasmania before it decided to do its own take on Goldilocks and the Three Bears, as it tried to find the most comfortable spot to sit as it celebrated Boxing Day.

Nicknamed “Lou-Seal” by Tasmania Police, the adult male weighed around 440 lbs. and was initially discovered sitting in the middle of the road before planting its rear on a nearby parked car. When he got tired of that car, he moved on to another one right behind it.

“We got up and there was this great big seal on the roof of the car which is definitely not what you’d expect on Boxing Day,” said neighborhood resident William Gregory.

“You kind of wake up and you wonder, is this really happening, am I really seeing this or am I still dreaming?”

Neighborhood residents were quite surprised to see a massive seal taking up residence near their residence. While many neighbors were trying to figure out what to do, they called the authorities and then waited on Tasmania Parks and Wildlife staff to arrive to remove the seal.

If the neighborhood was shocked, the Tasmania Police were beyond enthusiastic about the whole thing, as they showed from their pun-filled Facebook post about their beloved “Mr Lou-Seal.”

**Update** After a sealiously big morning, "Mr Lou-Seal" (as nicknamed by Tasmania Police) is now a sealebrity and has…
