If you thought you had to go offshore with no coastline in sight to catch a monster capable of snapping a 200lb line in half, then you need to check out Mike O’Gorman fishing from a boat ramp.
O’Gorman drops a line right on top of a monster fish while still on the boat ramp and almost immediately hooks it. The fish instantly takes off and makes a break for it. There’s a brief struggle as Mike looks like he’s about to be pulled into the water when the line snaps all of a sudden.
We may never know how the fish measured up, but we know it was a monster through and through!
