Lake County Fire Rescue is warning Floridians to be on the lookout for coral snakes, as an uptick in coral snake bites has increased demand for antivenom at three Central Florida hospitals.

“Firefighters recommend residents be cautious around shrubs, tall grass, and areas surrounding canals, lakes and swamps,” according to their post.

Unfortunately, that basically covers everywhere in Florida as an area of potential danger.

Just remember to be cautious out there!
