Courtland Hunt has done something insanely awesome with this sailfish and marlin fishing footage. Not only did he capture footage from a drone, he simultaneously filmed every epic exchange underwater as well. Getting to see both underwater and aerial footage of these fish offers a perspective we haven’t seen before.
Thanks to Captain Mike Sheeder, Hunt was able to capture boatloads of footage from this epic adventure in Guatemala.

Years of sharing my own outdoor adventures through video has lead me to a new passion in helping other people capture theirs. In this video I traveled to Casa Vieja Lodge on the Pacific coast of Guatemala with fisherman Kirk Weisman who’s made this epic trip annually for 17 years but had few photos to backup stories.
I believe this is the 1st ever filming of sailfish attacking a fly from both an underwater camera and also a drone. Over 4 days we raised over 90 sailfish, releasing over 30 and a Striped Marlin all by fly-rod.
I see Go-Fish Productions capturing more trips as adventurer’s look for a videographer that’s open to capturing their story in the uncertain conditions that usually arise.
