Sometimes referred to as the 8th wonder of the world, the Great Migration Safari is an incredible sight to behold. Every year, roughly 1.5 million wildebeest migrate between the Serengeti and Masai Mara as they look for food.
Unfortunately for them, that involves crossing the Mara River, which is constantly filled with crocodiles waiting for an easy meal. Surviving the crossing is essentially a numbers game. Most of them make it. But the ones that don’t meet a brutal end.
