In Florida, if there’s a body of water, there’s a pretty good chance a gator will end up in it at some point — even swimming pools.
A Sarasota County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a call at the end of last month about an alligator in a pool. When he arrived, he discovered an 11-foot-long gator that had managed to find its way into an enclosed pool.
It’s not clear how it managed to find its way into the pool, but alligators have a way of finding their way to water.
The trapper managed to get it out and onto the front lawn before taking it off. But that doesn’t mean the gator made it easy!
