Jay ‘Batman’ Lee has given residents of Nashville, Tennessee, peace of mind with his natural and cheap way of battling mosquitos, the viruses they potentially carry and other pesky critters – bat houses. Bat houses simulate an environment that bats naturally seek out, which are tight enclosed spaces and are perfect for protecting them form predators. Bats are able to eat up to 50 percent of their bodyweight a night, which is about 3,000 mosquitos. With that big of a dent in the population of the blood sucking pest, who needs pesticides?
