Life can be rough (pun not intended), especially when something is holding you back from fully enjoying what you’re in the middle of. In this case, the ocean is doing everything it can to prevent the playful golden retriever named Angus from fully enjoying the hole it dug right at the shore line.
Maybe Angus should’ve payed more attention to how the ride works before choosing his spot, or maybe he should’ve dug out a mote (unless that’s what he was actually trying to do – if so, then bummer) for his hole. Either way, the child in all of us can fully get behind his grief. We’ve lost too many sandcastles and sand creations to count thanks to a rouge wave and an ever changing tide.
