This trout just became famous. Famous, frozen, and dead. But, famous either way.
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources posted this frozen trout on their Facebook page with the caption: “Today’s frigid temps reminded us of this post from two winters ago when temperatures at the Decorah Fish Hatchery were at -22 degrees—that was bad news for this trout, which jumped out of the water and stuck to the aluminum baffle on the wall of the raceway.”
Of course, this brings memories of the most famous scene in movie history of one stuck tongue, and one “triple dog dare!” Who knows, maybe this trout was triple dog dared, and he wanted to impress his trout friends?
