Rarely does a story involving a suffering animal end on a happy note after it has been forcibly tackled to the ground. The animal in question is a deer that had been spotted running around a residential area with a plastic pumpkin bucket stuck on its head. Luckily for the deer, a group of officials, neighbors and a group of volunteers succeeded in temporarily capturing the deer, allowing them to remove the bucket and save it from starving.
