This baby alpaca may be the most carefree animal on the planet. After missing from Govin’s Meats & Berries farm for 24 hours, the alpaca was found in this unfortunate predicament by John Govin, who rescued her.
In the video, the mother can be seen pacing around the hole – looking anything but calm – as the young alpaca is freed.
“Alpacas love to roll in the dirt and it must’ve slid into an old badger hole by accident while it was taking a dust bath,” says the Govin’s Facebook page. At least now it makes sense why this little alpaca seemed super chill about the whole thing.
