I’m not exactly jumping at the chance to swim with sharks, but if I had to, tiger sharks may be at the bottom of the list. Typically caring much less about what they eat than some other shark types, they can pose a greater threat to humans than other species.
“They are second only to great whites in attacking people. But because they have a near completely undiscerning palate, they are not likely to swim away after biting a human, as great whites frequently do,” according to National Geographic
Luckily this diver managed to get out of a hairy situation and avoided losing their leg, or worse. It appears the smart thing is to never trust a tiger shark.
