Jeffery and Daniel Byrne have been charged with using a helicopter for hunting following having it seized last December, according to CBC News.
The pair had been accused of using the aircraft to hunt moose near South Twin Lake on December 6 and were charged with possessing a big game animal. Daniel Byrne was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm in the helicopter and was subsequently charged for the offense.

In December, a helicopter was seized from Hydro property after a complaint that it was being used for an illegal big game hunt.
Fish and wildlife enforcement officers seized a helicopter and released it the next day, after collecting evidence.
At the time, the wildlife division said the investigation was not directed at Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro or any of its staff.
Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro says the aircraft seized belonged to Canadian Helicopters Limited.
The men are set to appear in court March 29.
