The Galapagos Islands are home to some of the most beautiful aquatic life you’ll encounter; as well as a monster of an iguana that shows no mercy to its fellow sea dwellers in the Pacific Ocean.
This footage recorded by Steve Winkworth, at Cabo Marshall, a dive site off the north coast of Isabela in the Galapagos Islands, shows the foraging marine iguana on the prowl for dinner.
Similar to the famous radioactive mega-lizard, Godzilla, this iguana scares the crap out of anything it comes near – especially since this guy looks like a planet sized mammoth next to his victims.
With an ability to dive 9 meters deep, there’s hardly anything this guy can’t get to.
