Bass have been known to bite off more than they can chew.While visiting California fisheries on Friday, March 11, 2016, Kayla Nevius and a friend – later posting pictures on her social media – were fishing for bass when they came across this:
What they found was a 10 pound bass that had attempted to swallow a crappie whole. Neither fish survived the ordeal. Unfortunately hunger got the better of the bass.
