Researchers captured footage that’s the first of its kind between a pod of sperm whales and an adult bottlenose dolphin with a spinal deformity.
This is the first time footage featuring a friendly interaction between the animals has been captured.
While this dolphin may have been abandoned by its old pod, it looks like it found a family that has its back and will provide some serious protection.
