We’re sure it’s fun to simply build and fire a massive cannon but wouldn’t it be better to see what happens after the cannonball is shot?
This 7th-grade girl decided to do just that for a science fair project. She and her father wanted to test to see how high the cannonball would go so they mounted a GoPro inside a bowling ball and sent it flying with some black powder.
We’re not sure what she ended up getting on the project but if it wasn’t an A then we have no idea what her teacher is thinking.
