Apparently, when there’s food anywhere near, crocs will just bite the first thing the bump into and go to chow town.
During a feeding, a fish gets tossed into a group of crocodiles. As soon as it hits the ground they all spring into action. Unfortunately, the croc on the bottom left gets overexcited and latches on to the leg of the croc next to it and immediately goes into a death roll, tearing it straight off.
The now three-legged croc kind just looks toward his stump and the other croc (that’s in the process of swallowing its leg whole) in a way that seems to say, “what the heck, man? I thought we were friends!”
Let’s just hope this isn’t an everyday occurrence. Otherwise, this place might have a future as a peg-legged crocodile pirate park.
