Morten Svendsen posted this video from a fly-fishing trip to Ascension Island. Local Captain “Noddy” sees a big fish responding to the chum and decides to use his bamboo pole. Meanwhile Martin hooks and fights a nice tuna on his fly rod, and shortly after Noddy and Paulie land the monster tuna … on a bamboo pole… It snapped the pole and weighed in at the pier at 275-pounds. Don’t blink because it happens quick!
