What do US MArines do when they need to cross the river and have no bridge in sight? They build their own!
Marines who needed to get their troops and vehicles across the Colorado River so they made use of the 7th Engineer Support Battalion to get it done. Trucks were used to launch folded sections of the bridge into the water that then pop open and are connected and put into place by boats.
