Two Arrested After Assault on ‘Deadliest Catch’ Star

Two men who were accused of assaulting and robbing Jake Harris of ‘Deadliest Catch’ fame have been arrested by Washington state authorities. Harris had been found in Everett when police discovered him on Saturday after receiving a report of a man on the side of the road.

Amanda Ritter, 30, and Jorel Fultz, 29, were booked into the Spokane County Jail on suspicion of robbery following their arrest.

Harris received a cracked skull from the incident, which occurred while driving back from a casino with three others and a man behind him started attacking him.

“He’s pretty messed up,” Josh Harris, Jake’s brother, said in an additional video posted to Facebook on Monday. “Hopefully, one day, we’ll get him back fishing again.”

“Thank you to (sic) all the awesome messages and all the help from the fans and the police department for doing such a great job. [Our] family thanks everyone from the bottom of our hearts,” he wrote after the two suspects were arrested.”
